Suktaa Ayurveda — Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. 

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, via WhatsApp or email, including order ID and photos/videos of the product. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective upon delivery). 

3. Return Process Overview

  1. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and photos/videos.

  2. Upon verification, you’ll receive guidance on how to return the item. 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected by Suktaa Ayurveda.

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. 

5. Replacements

  • Instead of a refund, you can opt for a replacement, which will be processed after verification. 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
