All products are packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to ensure safety during transit.
Liquid items like shampoo and hair oil are sealed and cushioned to prevent leakage or damage.
Every order is inspected and verified before dispatch.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days (may vary by location).
Remote Areas: Delivery might take slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹499 (you can adjust this amount if needed).
Orders below this value attract a nominal shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery Issues
If a parcel is damaged or tampered with on arrival, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
