1. What products does Suktaa Ayurveda offer?
We currently offer Kesh Amrit Shampoo and Jeevankesh Hair Oil. A conditioner and more Ayurvedic products will be launched soon.
2. Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! All Suktaa Ayurveda products are made using natural herbs and Ayurvedic formulations, free from harmful chemicals like sulfates, parabens, and silicones.
3. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Select your products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
We also provide a Buy on WhatsApp option for easy ordering.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallet Payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations.
5. When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
A nominal shipping charge applies for orders below this amount.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
If you notice the parcel is tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with your Order ID and photos.
